Responsibilities:

  • Undertake full recruitment life-cycle process for in house requirements, right from working closely with the hiring managers, screening suitable profiles, correspondence with candidates, arranging interview schedules
  • Assist management in maintaining candidate database
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) on daily basis
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Tie ups with top colleges for campus recruitment
  • Source and develop new vendors’ relationship to help organization in searching relevant candidates for various openings
  • Preparations of Salary benchmarking data
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to management daily.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation during all phases of recruitment
  • Perform certain HR functions as required by the management
  • Assist in HR related aspects and initiatives as and when required
  • Be involved in developing human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing industry information and recommending course of action

Job Description:

  • Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT product or technology companies.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with a wide range of technical roles and skill sets, including software development, cybersecurity, DevOps, and cloud computing.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for engaging and nurturing candidate relationships.
  • Recruitment Tools: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Technical Certifications: Any certifications related to recruitment or technology will be advantageous.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to track and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a collaborative work culture.
