Senior Product Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Senior Product Manager at Indusface, you will play a critical role in shaping our product strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the VP-Products, you will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to define the product vision, gather and prioritize customer requirements, and drive product success.

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy with clear themes and timelines, managing changes and priorities effectively.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless product development, release, and adoption.
• Customer & Market Research: Understand end-user needs, evaluate market trends, and track competitive product features. Provide inputs for information design, workflow design, and feature goals non-goals while contributing to and reviewing mock-ups.
• Agile Execution: Translate the roadmap into epics and user stories, providing clarity to the development team for effective execution in an Agile environment.
• Product Marketing: Support product messaging, write technical blogs, whitepapers, and technical content, and contribute to marketing initiatives.
• Business-Technology Intersection: Act as a key link between business, design, and technology, working closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment across teams.
• Project Management: Track ongoing projects, manage dependencies, and ensure timely execution of product initiatives.
• Product Analytics & Iteration: Run pilot programs for early-stage products and major features, collect and analyse key product metrics, and iterate based on insights to ensure continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:

• BS/MS in Computer Science, design or related technical field
• Strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including product strategy development, requirements definition, UI design, engineering, QA and launch 
• Passion for great user experience and design 
• Experience of PM role in Security Technologies a plus though not mandatory, but needs to pick up Pain points, purchase behavior drivers for security offerings very quickly 
• Track record of leading SaaS product launches from scratch and/or delivered multiple major product releases
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and being a team player 
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to track and optimize recruitment processes.
• Understanding of cloud ecosystem especially AWS.
• Candidate should carry experience in B2B market and prior entrepreneurial experience.

Must have skills :

• He/she must have 4-5 years’ experience as a product manager successfully releasing SaaS products.
• Candidate must carry strong communication skills.
• Candidate must have experience of around 2 years in software development.
