Indusface to hire over 150 people

The firm, which provides real-time monitoring and protection for websites, currently has a team of 50 people.
“We plan to be over 200 in strength in 4 years. This would primarily be in India,” Indusface. Chairman and CEO said.
Of these, about 15 will be in North America in roles like R&D, marketing and sales, he added.
Indusface offers services and solutions to more than 600 customers, including Fortune 500 organisations, across sectors like banking, financial services and insurance, e-Commerce and government.
The company clocked revenue of about Rs 22 crore last fiscal (March 2014).
“We aim to achieve Rs 100 crore revenue in the next four years,” he said.
Ranked by Deloitte as one of the 500 fastest growing companies in Asia-Pacific and 50 technology companies in India, Indusface is also empanelled with CERT-In (India’s nodal agency to combat cyber crime) as information security auditors.
Indusface has also tied up with Amazon Web Services (AWS) marketplace, where it will offer its web application firewall (WAF) to customers.
“The Indusface WAF is the industry’s first to guarantee zero WAF false positive and brings leading web security capabilities to customers migrating applications to the AWS cloud. The listing provides us access to over 3 million customers,” he said.
Given the increase in number of cyber attacks on web applications and the sophisticated methods being employed to bypass defenses, the solution provides in-depth detection, defense and protection to mission critical web applications, Tandon added.
